網紅的藏寶箱Scientists recently confirmed a female Swinhoe’s Softshell Turtle in Vietnam. Both she and a male turtle living in a zoo in China are the only two confirmed members of the species left in the world, though scientists are hoping to find more of the turtles in Vietnam. The Vietnamese government is leading this effort to prevent extinction along with the Asian Turtle Program of Indo Myanmar Conservation, the Wildlife Conservation Society, and support from Global Wildlife Conservation and additional partners.
